Continuous - Vietam Holiday 2008

Day 4 – 16th June 2008 : Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc – Bich Dong
Morning about 8am take a boat tip through rice field to Tam Coc. It took about 2 hours on a small boat like sampan and it is about 6km long. After that we cycle around the about 2km around the kampong area and paddy field to visit Nam Thien Do Nhi Dong Cave and Pagoda which situated on a cave. We had our lunch and depart to the Hao Lu old Catidel, the King Dinh and Tran Temples. Drive back to Hanoi about 2 hours. Had our dinner and went to the night market at Hanoi again for shopping. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5 – 17th June 2008 : Hanoi – Penang
Wake up and had our breakfast at hotel, pack our bags properly. Then we had some morning walk around our hotel and visit their morning market. There you can see many aunties & uncles sell fruits, seafood (really big compare to our seafood), & lots more. We bought their small pineapple to eat. It was really sweet. Sweeter compare to our big pineapples here. After that we depart to No Bai International Airport about 11.30am and took our flight from Hanoi to KL & back to Penang. Reach Penang about 9 something. Bye Bye to Hanoi then.. Lolz

Overall I really enjoy my trip to Vietnam. Actually the wether is hot there about 31 degrees. Is a unique place to go and to experience. I guess after 10 years later, Vietnam will be an advanced place. If anyone plan to go, remember to go to Halong Bay, Cat Ba Island, Tam Coc & also Sapa Trekking.

My Vietnam Holiday Trip 2008!!!!!
Day 1- 13th June 2008 : Hanoi City
Take flight from Penang (8.00am) to KL Airport. Reach KL about 8.45am. Transit from KL (10.45pm) to Hanoi. Reach No Bai Airport (Hanoi) at 1.10pm. Meet tour guide and visited Ethnology Museum (show all 54 ethnics pictures, living styles & cultures ). Check in Elizaberth Hotel & rest a while. Next, walk around 36 old streets around out hotel, visited Hoan Kien Lake & Ngoc Son Temple. Walk around & then had dinner at Water Puppet Restaurant. About 6.30pm (Hanoi Time) watched Water Puppetry Show for an hour. Shopping around & overnight at Hotel.

Day 2 – 14th June 2008 : Hanoi – Ha Long Bay
Wake up at 6.30am & had our breakfast. Visited Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum & Ho Chi Minh Museum at 8.00am. In Ho chi Minh’s Mausoleum we saw his dead body which had preserved. In Ho Chi Minh Museum we saw his history, pictures & some history display. Then visited One Pillar Pagoda which situated outside the Ho Chi Minh’s Museum. (Story about a lady dream that kuan yin give her a baby boy since she always born many daughters – as a memorial for Kuan Yin). After that visited Temple of Literature-the first university of Vietnam (built in 1970). There are few thousand of doctors scholars name carve on a turtle head bricks. Have lunch and departed to Halong Bay – the World Heritage granted by UNESCO in 1994. Overnight in Halong.

Is Vietnam Food- Curry chicken, Noodles & Fresh Spring Rolls Day 3 – 15th June 2008 : Halong Bay – Thai Binh – Nam Dinh – Ninh Binh
As usual wake up at 6.30am then went breakfast at the hotel. Then we went for a boat trip through majestic Ha Long Bay. It was a hot morning. Enjoy beautiful landscape of Ha Long naturally formed by islands and islets, explore natural caves or sunbathing. Went in a beautiful scenery cave. We had our seafood lunch on boat. About 12 something depart to Ninh Binh for sightseeing landscape of Thai Binh province and stopover in Nam Dinh for visiting Tran Temples and Pho Minh Pagoda. Arrive Ninh Binh at evening, check in hotel, dinner, night walk and overnight in Tam Coc. Raining a a bit at night.

Yesterday, 7th June 2008 me and my schoolmates went to Mizi Restaurant at New World Park.We celebrated Mei Ling Birthday(7th June), Cavina birthday (8th June) & Belated Suriani bithday( opz forgot when).It was my first time eating at that restaurant. Hui Ting Introduce us to eat at this restaurant because she say is nice and also relevant price too. She did not join us yesterday night. So sad that she have to work at Gurney for 10 days with Jane & Wei Ping. Before me, jolyn, phei chuin & chia ming went for dinner with elora and others, we went to Gurney just for fun. We went to find hui ting, jane & wei ping. We go disturb them, & also follow them to dinner since we have nothing to do. After that we went to buy Belgium Cheese Cake for the 3 birthday gals. There must be a cake during birthday right?? hehe.. When we arrived at Mizi Restaurant, we can't have our dinner yet. So sad cause no place for us and so we have to wait and wait. At last about 8.15 (if i am not wrong) we have place to seat and have our dinner. There are sososo many main dish for us to choose. We didn't really know which one should we choose. All of us choose the set dinner which comes with a main dish, soup, drinks & also dessert. I ate Chicken Parmigiana (dunno i spell correct bo), mushroom soup, ice lemon tea & also ice cream.. It was only RM23 including taxes. Cheap leh.. Everyone of us really full and some of us like jolyn, wen shan couldn't finish their food. Luckilly i mange to finish it but somehow i still feel very full.. hehe.. Oh ya, we still have cake to eat & blow.

We really surprises Mei Ling, Cavina & Suriani with the cake. As they did not know that we bought a cake for them.. hehe.. cool.. All of us bought a cute magnet shoe & 2 top for her which really shock her because she feels is not her style.. She said that among all she only likes the magnet shoe. (bad meiling).. Next is Cavina present which was a sexy top that suite her- red helter top.. she loves it :) As for suriani we bought for her a baby T with blink blink wording on it.. hehe.. All of us did have fun that night. Belgium Cheese Cake.. Yummy..As usual Mei ling was the one who always get mad whenever we go. She & Suriani even played around with the cake and luckilly they didn't destroy the whole cake. The party ended until the restaurant closed. At 1st elora plans is to go to Old Town then but somehow she was the one who went back home 1st. So, all of us dismiss after dinner about 10.30 like that.. i think.. hehe.. Oh ya, today suppose to be CAVINA REAL BIRTHDAY... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! opz is 12 something..

2nd June 2008 - Siaw Ping Farewell to Singapore!!!

The next morning we wake up early in the morning to have breakfast with siaw ping who will be going off to Singapore to work. So sad that she will be leaving us 1st. We went to eat dim sum together except for Angelyn at Farlim. Jane was late that morning because she can't wake up. We already know that she will be late because it is not the 1st time... Haha.. So, she was the or gui for the morning.. After breakfast we sent Siaw Ping off at Sg Nibung bus station. I was quite unlucky my camera drop while taking picture. It should be because the tripod stand did not fix well by me. But luckily I manage to take some pictures. Hehe.. Sob sob , my baby camera hurts..
Well hope SP will enjoy her work & work hard at Singapore. Bring back handsome boy when she is coming back. Haha..!!! Remember our wedding plans.. LOlz.. Miss all the moments we have together all these while & this 3 days.. Our Next destination is to Tesco Extra. Why we have to go there early in the morning??? Is because I need to repair my camera. Sobsob.. Oh ya, dun ever ever tell my parents or else i will kill you!!! If they know about it they sure scold me like mad.. hehe...

After settle my camera, we suppose to go back home and continue to sleep but somehow we followed Juju to Tar College to fill in some form. Guess where we went after that?? REDBOX!!!! It was at 1st in our plan and wow we at last do make it to redbox.. I never thought all of them still have energy to go to sing.. After all that was our last destination.. When i reach home i feel tired and i slept like a pig then.. the end of my day... :)

Memorable 2 Days 1 Nightof Outing Together!!!! (31st May & 1st June) Summerset Bistro

Last Saturday, Sunday & Monday I just have a very great and memorable day with all my chi muis. Siaw Ping, Hui Ting, Juin, Chia Ming, Jane, Angelyn & Wei Ping. On Saturday night all of us went to SumerSet Bistro at Batu Feringhhi. This was the 1st time I went there. It is a very nice & beautiful place for us to sit , relax & enjoy together. It is just at the beach. We sit there chit chatting with each others. Guess what?? After that we went clubbing together. It was really the 1st time all of use went clubbing together 8 persons. We have never been clubbing all together before. This was only the time when all 8 of us get to go together and luckily angelyn was back at a right timing from Canada. Before we went in the club I did a very sia sui stuff. I feel so paisei in front of all my friends even though they don’t mind. All this while I so hate myself for being weak person. I used to vomit last time no matter I go on plane, on cruise or even travel at a super winding road for too long. This is what all my friends and parents told me is actually my psychology thinking only. But sometime I can’t control it. The moment I feel my stomach very uneasy I keep thinking oh no I have to vomit it out in order to feel better. Haha.. Okay back to my clubbing day. I actually vomited before hand. But after vomited I feel so much better and then we began to enjoy our night. Guess what, we went in Mois for free (not paying even a single cent) since it is already late and we have er jie & mr lobak to bring us in. Actually I didn’t enjoy that much as last time because maybe I just vomited. All of us went there only wearing slippers & shorts. We wear as if we are going to beach like that. We didn’t wear seksi dress or skirts like others. It seems like 1st time I wearing like that. Cool!!!We did not only go to Mois but also to Glo & SS to have a look only. After clubbing we went to have our supper with siaw ping sister and her friend. We just have a drink only.
All of us except for siaw ping overnight at Juin hse since her parents went to KL until Sunday. At 1st when we arrive home we said that we wanted to sleep because we are tired d, but somehow we keep talking and talking. Even when we are on our bed we still talk non stop until one of us fall asleep. Actually this was like the last time for us to stay overnight together before we continue our study. Hehe… I think by the time we slept it is already about 5 something. The next morning we woke up, we watch some video and we went out for lunch. After lunch we play MAHJUNG!!! We play mahjung together but so sad to say I didn’t even win once. So sad.. Maybe I am not that lucky that day. Haha 1st June was Ta Jie big day wif Mr Johnny!!! It was their wedding dinner day. All of us was busying & confusing choosing the best attire to wear that night. What was surprised us that night is when Juin lost in a bet. She was compulsory to wear DRESS!!! It was the 1st time Juin going out with us wearing dress. All of us were wearing dress in the end except for angelyn (she wear 2 piece). The wedding dinner is at LA Galaxie. It is a kind of unique place for wedding and is one of the special wedding dinners I ever have.

At 1st we felt very uncomfortable when we reach there. But after we have out buffet dinner together in just a round little cute table, we enjoy the whole night superb. We are super enjoy & dancing crazy than the night at clubbing. We never expect that the wedding dinner will end up so cool. Even the bride & groom parents were dancing & singing all night with us. Cool man!!!Keep it up man… We do really enjoy the wedding night as if we are like at clubbing. Every one of us was super & really enjoy. To be continue
